Remixes are hit/miss for me. Actually, Carly Rae Jepsen's Party for One was just kinda okay for me when it first dropped. I love the message; fuck it if you don't like me, I'm pretty amazing. It's been about a year now and I've grown to love it. I love the way it builds and gets stronger as it goes on. In any case, this More Giraffes remix is beyond excellent. I dunno how, but it just gives a shimmering, airy quality to the song. You can find this on the Japanese release of her album, Dedicated or, you know, just click play up there.
